I have two questions please.
1. Can you send PayPal payments in GBP?
My account is GBP and seeing as you're a U.K. company I feel it might be cheaper for both of us to avoid double conversion.
2. Can you send via 'Pay a friend or family'?
That should remove most questions about transaction reversal. Thanks.
Thank you.
Replying my own post.
When I didn't receive a response here I decided to send the above questions via the email address included in the first post. This was the reply I got:

Hello.
We send only in USD and as "goods and services" but we cover all fees.

Someone (not HiRiBi) recently just reversed three PayPal transactions after I sent them Bitcoin. Claiming that 'I took' the money from their account and they did not make the order. I am still speaking with PayPal as this just happened yesterday.
However I advise everyone to avoid trading via PayPal if the person you are trading doesn't use the 'Pay a friend and family' method. I don't know why HiRiBi would refuse to pay via a hard to reverse method if we are sending them Bitcoin via an irreversible method.
Also dissapointingly they said they cover all fees, seemingly ignoring the very point I raised above telling them I got less than the quoted amount because of PayPal fees.
There are many ways to reverse F&F transactions as well. Not sure why so many people mistakenly take it as being "safe." It's no safer than sending payment for goods.
