Yeah definitely however there is really no need for you to buya  mining farm because honestly that's not going to earn you much and the bitcoins you earn are already pretty much untraceable and you can anonymously sell them on peer to peer exchanges.

But yes, there will be a problem for you to get from cash to bitcoin because you'll definitely see some KYC and AML roadblocks in your way. And China recently just decided that they want to see how you funded your account as well.
