some are coinigy.com and tradingview.com
what else can be used to get to know when pump starts ?
Use Poloniex, Bittrex etc, many trader buy trading signal mean's you need more money to get info what coin will up, or join the pump team and need to pay the fee too.
I suggest you to learn more and so you will have experience with trading.
