When you consider that we don't really know when we are going to die, or the circumstances - consider all the bombing, etc., going on in the Middle East - life is very scary.
Go hide your head in a hole in the sand so you are not scared by reality, or
read the Bible and find the way to salvation in eternal joy in Heavenly glory, away from all this trouble.
