also, make sure that your virus detection software don't block all TOR edge nodes (usually the virus software will tell you that certain IPs are blocked, you can google these IPs, and some are well known TOR edge nodes, you may need to give exceptions to some of them - they are not harmful nodes, just common TOR edge nodes).
