No, i am sure in this year bitcoin can't reach at $3000. It will be a big challenge for bitcoin to come at $3000.
Also I believe in 2017 bitcoin stop at $2000. But in the next year, i can say bitcoin will reach at $3000, but it will take time.
I suggest you, don't think high about bitcoin, give the time to bitcoin than no doubt bitcoin give you profit but slowly slowly.
