If you didn't any scam , fraud with anyone  , or you didn't steal the wallet of anyone then use it without any problem and tension .
Here it is clear that the wallet has last transaction in 2011 which is indicating directly that user of this wallet or address is no more able to access , so he left this one .
So use it without any problem and tension .And use it in better way to grow this amount of Bitcoin .

First question how you can open that wallet, i means you bitcoin found wallet with huge amount. Do you have the key to get open it ? Or you can access it ,
Every wallet of bitcoin has security and Not just anyone can take it.

Yeah if you just see it in a forum theres no way your the only one who see that bitcoin data sorry but seems not legit story but if that is true your really lucky and your a rich man now just transfer the bitcoin in your own bitcoin account and there you go.
