Bitcoin's price is actually based on the current demand for bitcoin as well as the current supply of bitcoin. The demand and supply are cross-referenced and with some computation, we will know the price of bitcoin. As based from the law of supply and demand, we will see an increase in bitcoin's price if the demand rose up but the supply, in circulation, is not enough to accommodate every demand. With this, we can say that bitcoin's price is unpredictable. We cannot say when it will increase and when it will decrease.
