I see there's a transaction of 0.005 btc pending, but not all deposits are yet confirmed, that means it is not added to our wallet so it cannot be paid out. It could be because of a low deposit fee. make sure you use at least 0.0003 btc as a fee. eventually the transaction will confirm and you will receive your withdrawal.
