I agree with you,some isolated areas dont even know what is facebook due to no internet on thier area, so its so hard for them to understand what bitcoin is. They dont even know what it is.
Yes in that places where internet will not be available there people will not know about bitcoin and they will not need bitcoin as they will not do any online transactions while in other parts of the world where internet will be available then on these places people will know about bitcoin and they will invest in it for their profit.
