You're most welcome mate! Yeah it can be tricky for new users at first setting up their Burst wallet but at least now you have it all set up and ready to use. I was the same as when I first got into Burst I just purchased a nice amount to hold and invest some in Burst assets. And now my brother and I got into mining Burst just a few months ago as it only uses hard drive space on your computer so we thought why not give it a go and we are happy we did as we have mined 9 blocks so far. Good luck my friend!
Since you are a burst miner i would like to clarify some doubts, since this coin uses only hard drive space it is resource hungry like the rest of the coins while mining,i am sure there will be stress in the hard disk and did you find any issues with your hard drive while mining, what are the rewards for getting a block and how much space you have allocated for it.
No problems and hopefully I'll be able to answer your questions. Yes Burst only uses the hard drive but only when it is mining a block which will also use some CPU for a minute or two. The rest of the time the hard drive/s are just sitting there idling not using any resources at all. I have yet to have any issues with any of my hard drives but I will say this they can get hot in summer so maybe you could use a fan to keep them cool, well that's what I used. We currently have 11.2TB mining and currently plotting a 5TB drive and have another 3TB drive waiting to be plotted as well. We are hoping to have at least 20TB mining by the end of May and continue to build on that until we at least have 50TB mining. The block reward is currently at 1840 Burst coins and continues to go down by 5% each month. I hope this helps.
