I was thinking about getting into the mailbox forwarding business because I cant stand the ones that are currently online. Too many scams and bad reviews. It depends on which country I guess. There're some countries with tons of expats, long-term tourists and business people.
There is also a different kind of mail forwarding, especially those for shopping purposes where you consolidate your mail and forward it to another location.
