The 6th and subsequent rounds (yet to be announced) will follow similar rules, but the relative weight of bytes vs. BTC (i.e. which amount of bytes gives the same share in the new distribution as 1 BTC) in the 6th and further rounds will change and will gradually increase to 1 BTC=62.5 MB. It will be selected to maximize the value of bytes and keep the speed of distribution in sync with the growth of user base and the actual use of the network.
Can someone interpret this for me? Does this mean bytes will earn more or less than 10% going forward. The way it is worded is slightly confusing to me.

That sentence is about the relative weight of bytes compared to BTC, it doesn't directly address the percentage that will be awarded to bytes' holders, but I think it's safe to say that 10% will be a minimum. So, what It means is that by the end of the distribution, 1 BTC will grant the same as 62.5 MB. For now, 1 BTC gives you the same as 625 MB (they both give 62.5 MB).
Some possible scenarios (that will match the final ratio):
1 byte => 0.1 byte, 1 BTC => 6.25 MB
1 byte => 0.2 byte, 1 BTC => 12.5 MB
1 byte => 1 byte, 1 BTC => 62.5 MB
