Withe the current fee fiasco I suspect we are going down.
Current? The "fee fiasco" is many months old. Meanwhile the price of Bitcoin keeps rising.
I see no reason for it to stop now.
I never had problems in the past until the last two days. Fees have shut up through the roof!
It looks like my wallet generates transactions at an average of 600 bytes x 0.0000022 btc/byte (https://bitcoinfees.21.co/) = 0.0013 btc * 1580 = $2 per transaction wtf??
A small transaction of 0.25 BTC used 230 bytes x 0.0000022 x 1580 = $0.79
