Given rpietila's characters are currently suspended until payment of debts, I have decided that I will allow him to bid till what I subjectively consider reasonable amounts, and effect transfer carriage and M should he win the auction.
What is reasonable isn't set in stone, however. We want to avoid draining of the account, as fines may be levied later, but let's see where this goes.
