I am using Paypal more than 3 years and never got problems, I'm sure Paypall not scam because it already has business units in many cities and countries, even we could withdraw our funds via bank account.
paypal turning out to be scam is utterly impossible, people already know who's the real owner of paypal and its employees, if paypal just start to scam people, it'll be sure only a suicide action for them. Paypal is definitely not scam just their service is kinda succ, it's the worse of the worst
Yes that is true, is it very impossible for paypal to scam people because they are so transparent to the informations of their company like who is the owner of their site and how they do things about paypal. Those who often says paypal is scam are just victimized of the scammers thru paypal so they are transferring the accusation to paypal.
Certainly not impossible. Granted, I and many other users have used PayPal and trust them enough with our information, but there can still be corruption inside the company. It doesn't even have to be at the top level. Any level of management could take advantage of whatever they may have access to if there aren't enough internal controls in place, but given how successful PayPal has been so far it seems quite unlikely that this is the case.
