At what price do the developer buy those tokens, looking at the current price of Darcrus tokens I don't think it is that significant
If I'm not mistaken, the ICO price of DAR in Bittrex started at 3k sats. I don't know if this is the price of it when the developer bought these tokens. One thing is for sure, if you buy this on its ICO days, you could have made a big amount of money by just holding it until now. It is almost x6-x7 from its original price.
