You won't be able to get into the most advertising networks with subdomains, + it is not going to be good for your SEO rank.
High chances of not getting indexed.

Also, you're going to lose alot in the beginning. Once you get into mellowads/coinzilla/cointraffic you will see some earnings.
You're only losing money this way, without making any progress on your faucet ( alexa ranking. )
