Ummm.....
No https on the order page? That's insane.
Where are you located and do you have a business license?
If someone capable of it is doing DPI on your bitcoin-related transactions, they won't glean any information that they don't already have from your Chronocoin transaction except perhaps your taste in beef jerky or something. Since we don't take credit cards, SSL is less of a concern for us than traditional merchants - we're going to add it soon anyway.
Chronocoin is a fully licensed company based in Delaware, USA
Well I'm not a merchant and I highly value my privacy and security of the website i use. Are you protected against hacking or ddos? How do you store user info?
Where is your office located?
We also value your privacy and security

We're protected against hacking and ddos, and store user info in a protected database. Our location is in Lewes DE.
Good to hear you say that.

I give you credit for answering these questions without any attitude.
How long do you store user data? Do you sell to 3rd parties? Protected aka encrypted truecrypt folder or? For ddos and hacking protecting who are you guys using? I didn't see any mention of it on the site.
Thank you.
We store user data for now in perpetuity, primarily to make the process of checkout + order tracking easier with our front end for users. We never sell your data. I can't discuss the exact details of the protection schema, but it's quite secure. For DDOS, we're currently on Cloudflare- as far as hacking protection, I have a background in systems engineering that is quite extensive and in fact built the entire system that processes transactions from scratch. I also did a lot of testing to ensure that the system is safe for use. It's not something that previously came to mind for mention on the site, but I'm happy you brought it up. Perhaps I'll add something to that end to the FAQ page based on your questions, thanks for helping.
