I'm having an issue with payouts, I have not received my payouts in 3 days. Thr pools shows that the payment was confirmed but nothing in my wallet for the past 3 days. Anyone knows what might be happening ?
Uh if that would be the issue I guess there would be a shitstorm here already with lots of users complaining
You should have a TXID in the corresponding payment, you can look that TXID up by clicking on it or by entering it manually on https://explorer.zcha.in
If it's there - it's good and you should check the receiving side for errors
Yep, I can see them the TXIDs on the explorer, but nothing is showing up on my ZCASH freewallet! I'll need to check with freewallet.
