Could you please clarify whether we have
"154 8888,888,88 combinations combined" like DuddlyDoRight said meaning that the probability of winning the jackpot is much lower than 0.01%
or
there are exactly 10,000 variants which makes the probability of winning the jackpot 0.01%?

Its a total of 10,001 (0 - 10000) combinations so the chance of winning the jackpot is 0.009999%.
