just out of curiosity... may i ask what kind of order you placed?... i dont work for bitinstantm im just a bit shocked it would take to so long to resolve and was curious to see what type of order u placed.
I just placed the order from BTC-E code to Bitcoin Address. Its pretty simple to resolve, but Bitinstant is taking forever!!
EDIT: You can see that second order says "BTC-E coupon deposited at BitInstant account" at the end of event log.
Both of these orders executed and were sent to coinapult, please email

He is not replying past

Some CS rep transferred my support ticket to him 9 days ago, there was no response.
About 3 days ago, another (or maybe same) CS rep transferred my new support ticket (wufoo one) to him
AGAIN! And from that time,
