A self-evolving cryptocurrency platform means that it can change it's policy and code by the decision of it's governance system. Governance system called "Congress Network" is constitute of nodes who operate the BOS platform.
So in other words, it's change of code done by majority vote? Just trying to understand what it actually is. Self-evolving in combination with buzzwords like AI make it sound like there automation rewriting its own code to adapt, which if driven by people would not be the case.
Regarding the partnership with Cosmos, is there any confirmation of this from Cosmos's team? I cannot find mention of BOSCoin on their site, blog, twitter, etc.

Not saying it's not a real partnership; just trying to find 3rd party confirmation for DD, especially since the token itself is not being distributed until October - so there's not that much to go off of.

And I think you misunderstood the speech of ChangKi Park . He mentioned AI as a environmental factor, not the AI write the code.
And governance system is extremely important because without governance system Bitcoin underwent dispute between Segwit and BU, Ethereum even experienced the split of community.
