really unfortunate to hear this . based on my experience if you did not make any action against fj rules you won't get that kind problem, so far so good for me as long as you follow things that what have stated in the T&C . i just feel forry for you and hope the issue can get solved asap.
don't know if there is a security error on detecting people from multiaccounting ? is it possible?
