I wouldn't suggest anyone to sell any Bitcoins right now since the price of Bitcoin is going up. Since I like to watch the Altcoins go up in value when the price of Bitcoin goes up, there is a large chance that people could make more Bitcoins from participating in the price uptrend.
The only thing that I don't like about people panic selling is that they usually complain when the price of Bitcoin gets really expensive and they can't purchase Bitcoin cheaply.
We can't know for sure whether it's going up or down from any given point. That's why many bitcoin holders are selling now because they think it's the highest price possible. I personally disagree with them because I think with widwer adoption
bitcoin will rise much more in the futureIf current issues and tensions get resolved soon, Bitcoin will certainly shoot up
I refer to future activation of SegWit and Bitcoin Core versus Bitcoin Unlimited battles which are rattling on right now. Thus I'm not sure if present prices are here to stay (and not go down eventually) since, as to me, this price rise from below 1,200 dollars per coin and all the way up to 1,800 dollars within mere 2 weeks is primarily due to Bitfinex having USD deposit and withdrawal issues as well as massive hype on account of Japan legalizing Bitcoin. So we might have to wait a few months to see how matters actually stand in Bitcoin these days. Personally, I don't think that Bitcoin will go substantially below 1,200 dollars unless something really dramatic is going to happen
