My payout was pending for 8 day.


I wrote emails the 2nd or 3rd day and asked what is with my payout?

Betopen answered: "technical issues - we send after we fixed the issue."

I wrote emails after 5 or 6 days again and my emails were no longer answered.

I wrote in this forum about my pending payout (8 days pending) and after that Betopen canceled the payout and blocked my account.

Now they say I have more than one account and thereby I broke their T&C.

There can be no evidence because it is simply not true.
