It's a sliding scale as the price for the ICO will increase over 5 weeks. If all the 70,000,000 rustbits were sold on day 1, the funds raised would be 700BTC or on week 5 it would be 1400BTC respectively. Any unsold tokens will be burned after the ICO. Likewise with the trading cards, they will scale for the exchange rate after the ICO and then unsold burned afterwards.  More information on this will be up on the first post later this week.
