There are a lot of altcoins and I am really curious why people buy them. Is there any worth of altcoin? Why not using only bitcoin? What's the future of altcoins?
Interesting. I think answer lies in why do people keep on making new and new coins? It is because they are free to do so!
And if people have high degree of persuasion power then they are able to get quite good funding by presenting similar thing in new boxes. This give value to coin and later on investors make it instrument of gaining speculation profits. Rest these coins have nothing to do with economic productivity.
