I think it's either every 3 hours, either a bit more often, sorry, don't have those details on hand.
Hey Toecutter, I'm not sure if it's a bug or not but THX-57 has been constantly changing factions every single time rollover to the point that I haven't seen the merchant tab for days now..
Sounds buggy-ish, kinda an overkill and definitely and inconvenience to players. I'm pretty sure things should be more spaced out. Thanks for the report.
