I am also using blockchain.info wallet and i am aware of this issue they have lately when mempool used to be full with spam transactions. One easy solution that i use is to just add few thousand satoshi on their recommended fee. For example if they have suggested you 0.00024BTC just make it 0.0003BTC you will get confirmation within next block.
