What do you mean, my btc deposit not reaching c cex neither what is going on?
I'm not an admin of C-cex. Just I've seen it earlier and there was BTC-USD couple months ago there.
As for your deposit - I'm guessing that you need to wait for some confirmations. Some sites need 2 confirmations for it to come, some has 6, so not sure
