I was chekin up my statistics on lisk elite site and I saw one big red X next to bitbansky delegate. Do I have to vote for him also? Is that a new rule from lisk elite team? Isnt only 56 members we have to vote for and the rest of the gang are just suporting members and we dont have to vote for them or what ?
