Don't worry there's a lot of fudders trying to buy cheap or people who don't know how to waste their time and end up making a fool of themselves. The delays on withdrawals are very real though, I think they are doing all by hand (I'm not sure if US investors are even allowed to trade or withdraw due to regulations). I'm personally not in a rush but I can see how that could be a problem for some. I've seen other projects taking months distributing their tokens though (Wings for example) so it's nothing out of the extraordinaire.
