A minimum amount of 75,000 HYPER is required in order to be a member of the Board. We desire Board members who have a stake in HYPER's future and would be dedicated the most to seeing it grow.

(Proposed by Crypto Database) To create an incentive for members to take part in the expansion of the HYPER community members who have a role within the HYPER Board will receive monthly dividends from the HYPER Dev Balance stakes. The amount is to be determined, if any.
