Will the account still function and not get banned ?

Well, the problem with your question is "the guilt".
$100K account has no extra protection. If you are paranoid about the protection of your investment, you can use VPN and enter the account from the same location that account got created. That is the only security measure you can take.
There is no extra thing you should do because account is ready-to-use.
