The ICO distribution is percentage based to ensure that it is fair. Since we don't yet know the outcome of the ICO, we can offer a projection of the parameters. If all rounds of the ICO are successfully completed, the network would accommodate 2000 Oracle Masternodes. The collateral required to operate a masternode would be 25,000 Wagerr.
