Nowadays, here in my country many of our fellow citizens like eating pork and even in instant pork in can food majority of them are addicted to it, but for me I don't eat pork because base on my study about it, its not good for the health of people in a long run. There is a disadvantage if we eat pork especially if you always eat pork, it will or can cause high blood, or any kind of illnesses.
This is wrong and has no scientific explanation. Health problems are caused by the high consumption of any red meat, especially any piece of meat that which has a lot of fat and the food all of these animals have eaten to grow up. There is no difference if it is pork, beef or lamb.
