Is it possible to configure MetaTrader to work with these exchanges? 
The simple answer is YES.I do trade some coin like ETC on fxsimple.com using their metatrader 4 platform
However i doubt if those exchangers will allow an external body to do the metatrader configurations on their platform because of the safety of the people's coin unless you will sincerely collaborate with them.

Ah yes SimpleFX. It is a great platform indeed. I use it often, along with whaleclub.co. Both are great sites for crypto-->stocks/bonds/forex etc.
