Now i'm still trying to grasp the whole concept of this but obviously i'm mostly interested in receiving the reward(lets be honest who isn't, lol). Could you please help me get to understand this thing??? How do we sell our PAQs? How is the value guaranteed that the minimum we will receive for completing the two giveaways would be $14.4?

It'll be the lower numbered PAQs that will have the most value, mostly due to the built-in bumping attribute they have vital to when esteem YouTubers join our program where only 100 PAQs at a time will be hashing their token (yAltcoin), reaping shares exactly every two minutes.
