I guess after the new Modi administration and so many new rules you can never purchase House / Land asset with virtual currency till date , but if Indian Govt. adapt this Bitcoin and new tech for regulated point of view then may be in near future we may see implementation of this into such big asset trades . But now you can't do that with proper legal way cause of Court and all involvements they do not take bitcoin
