Which Stratix7 and ArriaV do you have in mind?
Did I miss something? Are those new chips? Never mentioned any Arria series chip. And nowhere is mentioned Stratix - VII

Virtex-7 -> It will not be used!
So Stratix V A7 or maybe Stratix V D5 -> will be used
