The decentralized thing makes it more better, otherwise they are just the same payment system or paypal is better since
it's already established.

Yeah this is true there is difference in both the working nature of the Bitcoin and the PayPal. Bitcoin itself is a currency. It provides you the currency against the fiat while the paypal is just a gateway for the transactions to support.
