Multiple accounts are not allowed.

Can I have multiple accounts?
No, only one account per person is allowed. Players with multiple accounts will be blocked and all funds, including investments, will be confiscated.

From Terms of service:
8.2. If you are found to be cheating, using multiple accounts, or abusing free withdrawals, then your account(s) will be closed and your funds confiscated including any investments.
