All my transactions with paypal were completed, i just lost some money using them because my account werent verified and i couldnt moove the money from it into payza or any other account. But paypal is legit companie if you have been scammed with their policy that protectes the buyer, its another question, but they are in the market and top payment processor using fiat.
Paypal is a legit company. As long as I use bitcoin, you never cheated by their rules. If you want to follow their rules and do not violate the TOS then paypal will never harm you
As quoted PayPal is legit and the usage depends based on the users involved into it for different transactions. It has provided with one of the best chargeback option. Some scammers use this as an way to cheat the users. Because of this reason several people consider and report it as a scam.
