The EON coins will be available after the blockchain launches. It is planned for end of May/beginning of June. ICO and Bounty campaign participants will receive the coins in a couple of weeks after the ICO ends.

Yes, you can press 'Forgot password' at the log in window, then you'll receive a confirmation email and you'll be able to set a new password.
