1. Andrew Zimine CEO, founder and Alex Sitnikov CTO, do not appear to be board members on the company registration page : https://www.inforegister.ee/en/14172383-EXSCUDO-OU only Julian Kossinov - CFO appears. He is mentioned in this document https://exscudo.com/Crowdsale%20Prospectus.pdf as the CFO. Why aren't the CEO and CTO board members? (They claim they are the founders) This is important because any board member has access to the company funds (including Bitcoin)
2.Why is the contact email mentioned in the link above "@gmail.com" not @exscudo.com?
3.Who is Reine Laidsaar? How come he is not mentioned anywhere on exscudo.com?

Hello,
1. When the company was established, it was impossible for legal reasons to include Andrew and Alex as board members. Now the company is going through a couple of legal procedures, so that Andrew and Alex are able to be listed as Board Members. This will happen in June-July, when all the legal stuff is completed.
2. I do not see a problem in this. Julian manages a couple of projectes and prefers to have urgent email to be sent to his personal inbox.
3. Reine Laidsaar is a nominee director. We needed a person to be always present in Estonia to solve all the legal questions when the company was established. Reine is dealing with this issues.

5. The development and the establishment of the company are not interdependent. You can develop a code without having a company, you just need developers, PCs and internet connection.
6. Andrew Zimine has invested over 4 mln USD into the development during the last 4 years. The basic capital of the Exscudo OÜ company is a different thing.
