Should probably look at gambling as a form of entertainment and not as a profit venture, because the odds are against you. It's true, if you're unable to control, probably should lay off the bets. If you still intend to play, then should at least have a stop limit every time
I agree though its really easier said than done dude. if we think about it, people still gamble knowing that the odds are not with them pretty much all the time. so there's something about gambling that makes people forget about logic and probably that is the excitement and enjoyment it brings regardless of the result
