Look between 39000 to 39280 , and 39280 for now

Now the block time is 400-4000 seconds, so the transaction will take the same time

this is gonna fix soon we just have to wait for little more
this why because more minners are digging deeply when the network hashrate cross 200 GHs
and the block time very short the but now block time so long now
but slowly its gonna be normal
just wait for more info from dev and dbix team maybe they will fix this manually

I totally agree with you. I believe it needs time to have a conclusion on how successful the fork was.
