Not at all, you still ignore the fact that XRP is not needed according to Ripple and further ignore the fact that Interledger makes the case for XRP even weaker. What you just linked is big news for Interledger. You just conveniently spin it to fool people into believing it is XRP news. So what if XRP was used in a transaction to do what it was designed to do? It doesn't mean XRP will be a reserve currency, best case it is used as a settlement device by select few. Again, you ignore the latest publication that Ripple presented to banks about Interledger. They don't mention XRP once.
