If you don't wish to send your ID poloniex is for you, there you can find riple, and some other good altcoins. I'm active on yobit, there you don't have riple but you don't need id too. Monero you can buy on both of this exchanges, do your own research and choose from this two, both are good, buy poloniex have better reputation, yobit is a bit slow. I hope I helped you.
